BARN SHADOW ANTIQUE PLANK FLOORING

We specialize in custom manufacturing unfinished wide plank t&g flooring which captures the natural aged essence found only in reclaimed barn beams, timbers & siding. If you are looking for flawless, clear flooring produced from recycled wood, you will need to pursue another supplier. Such flooring can be manufactured from old wood but the waste factor is extremely high, the yield is extremely low, the lengths are mostly short, and the cost is prohibitive. If you want a conversational wide plank floor for your home or business, consider having us custom make one for you at an affordable price.

Barn Shadow flooring (unless noted elsewhere) is unfinished, tongue & groove with back relief, standard match (not end matched), kiln dried 6-8%; Lengths are 3' to 10' and thickness is 3/4"; Special packaging & handling fee may apply based on freight method; Allow estimated 2 to 4 weeks from deposit until ship date; Minimum order for contractor pricing is 500 square feet.

Rustic Wide Eastern Hemlock /Pine Flooring Classic Early American style t&g plank flooring, mix of 6" to 9" wide, at 3/4 inch standard thickness, lightly surfaced then pre-sanded at 100 grit; vestige of old sawmarks in the patina along with occasional nail hole and natural color variation; many folks finish this floor using boiled linseed oil or a tung oil product; created from softwoods derived from reclaimed barnsiding, granary boards and resawn timbers; mostly 8' to 12' lengths.
