Flooring is 1 1/4 inch thick, shiplapped, with custom hand-sanded surface & edges and average lengths of over 12 feet; stair components are also made from threshing boards.

Bob Schmidt, President, (pictured below) custom made all the white oak fixtures including the flooring, doors, cabinets, chairs, stairs and balustrade. On most of the interior walls he used kiln dried weathered oak barn siding supplied by Barn Shadow Enterprises. Click on the images for an expanded view.
